        Q: What is your return policy?

        1. Your satisfaction is important to us. Therefore, we offer a 14-day Return & Exchange Policy.
        2. We will 100% cover any issues due to faults on our part - we offer a 100% refund or exchange.
        3. Our 14-day Return & Exchange Policy begins when the item is received.
        4. The merchandise must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase to be eligible for a return.
        5. All preorders and sale items are final.
        6. For returns, please email support@silliestslogans.com with the subject "Returns" and also include your order number in the subject line. Please include your name, and reason for the return.
        7. We will provide you with instructions on where to send returned goods.
        8. We strongly encourage you to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost package" situations.
        9. Once we receive & inspect your return, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you about the refund status.
        10. If your refund is approved, it will be processed & credited back to your credit card or the original payment method.
